Retreat Pricing

All prices are per person. Prices only include costs directly related with the retreat as outlined clearly under ‘Inclusions’ on our website.

Deposit and Payment Terms

Once you have paid your deposit and the associated transaction fee of 2.7% via Momence we will be in touch within 2 working days to confirm your room allocation. Please not that your deposit payment is strictly non refundable.

We will deduct the 2.7% transaction fee paid on your deposit from your balance payment. The final payment, being the balance of the full price of the retreat minus the transaction fee, is due no later than April 10th, 2027. A reminder email will be sent to you 7 days out from the due date. If payment is not received by April 10th we will consider this as notification of your withdrawl from the retreat and will arrange for your spot to be taken by another individual.  

Room Allocations

There are 4 different room options available. All prices listed are in AUD and per person.

Upon booking you will be required to select which room is your preferred option, if you are travelling with a friend or partner please include their full name. We will allocate rooms to the best of our ability and on a first come first serve basis, please note that this means we cannot guarantee that you will receive the room you have selected. If the room you have selected is already taken we will contact you to organise another suitable option.

Cancellations

To cancel your booking you must notify us via email to hello@goodfolkyoga.com.au. If you cancel 90 or more days prior to the retreat starting you will receive a full refund, minus your deposit. If you cancel with less than 90 days notice we are strictly unable to offer you a refund. Due to the costs we incurred to pre-book a retreat venue of this nature no exceptions can be made to this cancellation policy. We do strongly advise you to get travel insurance as soon as you have paid your deposit to cover you for any cancellations needing to be made. Please ensure natural disasters and personal injuries are covered within your policy. By booking and paying your deposit, you agree to these terms.

Travel Documents and Immunisations
It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain all required travel documents including valid passports and visas. In most cases you must have at least 6 months validity on your passport in order to travel. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct immunisations. If in doubt, please contact your nearest travel clinic or embassy for the latest requirements.

Travelling Arrangements
It is your responsibility to make your own travel arrangements to and from the retreat including flights and airport transfers. We are able to connect you with other attendees of the retreat to arrange group transfers together, please notify us via email if you would like to do this.

Insurance
Taking part in any of the activities that will take place during the retreat, including yoga, can carry risk. When you participate in the retreat or in any of the activities that take place during the retreat, you agree that you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible, and do not have any liability for, any risk, damage, injuries, illnesses or death that occurs during or as a consequence of your participation in the retreat, whether by reason of negligence or otherwise. You must insure yourself against any such risk, damage, injury, illness or death. We require that all attendees purchase travel and medical insurance on booking to cover any unfortunate events while traveling and on retreat. Your insurance is not included in the retreat price. Proof of travel insurance must be sent to us via hello@goodfolkyoga.com.au by May 10, 2026.

Retreat will commence from 4pm on Sunday 11 July and conclude at 10am on Saturday 17 July 2027.

All levels of yoga experience are welcome on this retreat. We will cater some classes on the more beginner end if required, and all other classes will be taught with options for beginners through to more seasoned yogis.

You can take taxis or transfers from the airport to Basundari in Ubud where we will meet everyone.

We are able to connect you with other attendees of the retreat to arrange group transfers together, please notify us via email if you would like to do this.

Our retreats tend to attract some pretty good folk ;) There are often many like-minded souls who we would describe as easy-going, friendly and open to making new friends.

This may happen, and please don’t worry, we will be doing our best to coordinate room allocations to the best of our ability on a first come first serve basis.
