Intro Pass, Casual and Visit Passes

No refunds, transfers or extensions available on Passes.

Visit Passes are activated from the date of purchase.

Intro passes expire 21 days after your first class.

Upfront Memberships

No refunds or transfers available on Upfront Memberships.

Upfront Memberships activate from the date of first class.

3 month Upfront Memberships are not eligible for suspensions.

6 & 12 month Upfront Memberships are eligible for unlimited suspensions (email hello@goodfolkyoga.com.au with 7 days notice).

Autopay Membership

No lock in contract, cancel anytime. Email hello@goodfolkyoga.com.au to cancel or suspend your debits. Please note we require 7 days notice in order to process your request.

Concession Pricing

Not available for purchase online.

Sales are not applicable on Concession pricing.

Please email hello@goodfolkyoga.com.au to make a purchase with Concession pricing. We require photo ID/proof to be emailed to us which you will also need to bring along with you to your first class. See below ID requirements:

Full time students: photo ID card showing card expiry date

Healthcare/pension cardholders: ID card

Yoga Teachers: proof of 200hr YTT certification

General Terms & Conditions

We encourage students to pre-book their classes via the Momence app or website to ensure a smooth check-in process upon arrival at the studio.

Our studio door will be locked 1 minute past the advertised start time of each class, unfortunately we are unable to permit late entry into any classes so please aim to arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time.

Good Folk Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings, please only bring what you need into the studio.

Good Folk Yoga and its Representatives will not be liable under these Terms and Conditions or in any other way for any injury, illness, damage or loss of any kind directly or indirectly sustained by you in relation to participating in any class or from entering the building.

All purchases made on our website or the Momence app are final. We do not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.

All passes and memberships are non-transferable and are not to be shared between people.

Good Folk Yoga reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule, rostered teachers, opening hours, membership pricing, scheduled events, workshops and trainings at any time without prior notice.

Class Cancellation Policy

At Good Folk Yoga we want to make sure everyone has a chance to practice with us. We understand things come up so if you are no longer able to attend please cancel your class via the Momence app or via the timetable tab on our website with minimum 3 hours notice and someone else will have the opportunity to take your place. We currently have no late cancellation fees (and want to keep it that way!), to do this we rely on the good folk community to all do the right thing and cancel any classes they cannot attend.

For those using casual and/or visit passes, if you cancel within 3 hours of your class you will forfeit the pass. Prior to this timeframe the class will be credited back to your Momence account for use at a later date.

*Please note, class cancellations are only valid via Momence app or the timetable tab on our website. Cancellations cannot be accepted by email, phone or social media.

Workshop Refund/ Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer attend a workshop that you have booked and paid for, we require at least 72 hours notice to provide you with a refund. Any cancellations made after this 72 hour period will not be provided a refund, however if we have a waitlist for this workshop and can fill your spot then we may be able to facilitate a refund.

By booking into a class or workshop you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
