The Art of Attunement
With Lucy Messara
Saturday June 13th
11am - 12:30pm
Torquay 📍
Join Lucy Messara in this 90 min somatic exploration.
The Nervous System serves as the body's internal navigation system, it's how we connect and receive the environment within and around us. It serves as a safeguard, an operations system, and, with devoted time, can serve as our greatest teacher as we move through the modern world. This workshop will combine theory, discussion and practice to help you develop an understanding of your Central and Peripheral Nervous systems and the difference between active and restful states.
Through movement and somatic practice, we will discover techniques to understand and support our system through the undulations of life.

Monthly Foundations Class
With Emma West/Ellie Ward
Geelong 📍
Sunday 7th June
11am–12pm
Torquay 📍
Sunday 27th June
11am–12pm
The perfect starting place for those new to yoga or for those wanting to revisit the foundations of their practice. We will workshop commonly taught vinyasa yoga poses together, with the aim being to find variations of shapes that best suit our own bodies so that we can move in a way that supports longevity in our practice.
Time permitting we will then move through a simple and slow flow, but with the understanding you can move at your own pace, take rests and water when you need..
Winter Solstice Immersion
With Georgia Radley
Saturday June 20
6:30pm - 8:30pm
Geelong 📍
Join us as we settle in for an immersive evening of slow movement, gentle breath and reflection to celebrate the shortest day of the year, and the return to light that is the Winter Solstice.
Guided by Georgia “G-Rad”, you can expect a practice that honours both the darkness and the light - with opportunity to reflect on our deep motivation for the rest of the year and create San Kalpa (intention), movement to offer space in the body and a chance to take a collective breath together.
Think; a cosy room, dim lights, closeness to the earth, plenty of blankets, and a moment for intentional pause.
Members $35
Non-members $45
We have also allocated 5 tickets at the price of $10 each which are available for anyone that is under significant financial stress. Please email us to book one of these tickets and we will provide a booking link for you, no questions asked.
