Monthly 90 minute Yin
With Angus Knott
Next class: Friday June 13th
6pm - 7:30pm
Once a month on a Friday evening we will be hosting an extended 90 minute Yin Yoga practice with Angus.
Yin Yoga incorporates slow, static stretches held for 3-5 minutes each to work into muscles, joints and connective tissue. This practice creates the pocket of stillness our minds and bodies need to recalibrate and restore in this busy modern world.
Props are used throughout this class to create the required level of comfort needed for the body to find ease in each shape.
This class is suitable for all levels of experience/flexibility.

Solstice Cacao & Cosy
With Georgia Radley
Friday June 20
6pm-8pm
Join us as we settle in for an evening of slow movement, gentle breath, reflection, and earthy cacao to celebrate the shortest day of the year, and the return to light that is the Winter Solstice.
Guided by Georgia “G-Rad”, you can expect a practice that honours both the darkness and the light - with opportunity to reflect on our deep motivation for the rest of the year and create San Kalpa (intention), movement to offer space in the body, cacao to encourage openness in the heart and connection to land, and a chance to take a collective breath together.
Think; a cosy room, dim lights, closeness to the earth, plenty of blankets, and a moment for intentional pause.

The perfect starting place for those new to yoga or for those wanting to revisit the foundations of their practice. We will workshop commonly taught vinyasa yoga poses together, with the aim being to find variations of shapes that best suit our own bodies so that we can move in a way that supports longevity in our practice.
Time permitting we will then move through a simple and slow flow, but with the understanding you can move at your own pace, take rests and water when you need..
