Mellow, Nidra & Sound

With Lucy Messara

Friday 3rd April
5:15pm–6:45pm
Torquay 📍

A workshop dedicated to slowing down the nervous system and creating balance from within. We begin with a gentle Mellow practice, working to open and hydrate the body tissue and moving into a deeper and more receptive state of consciousness.

From there we use the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra to bring a steadiness to the inner space through accessing the space between wakefulness and sleep. From this receptivity, we finish with a nourishing sound healing to bring deep nourishment and harmony to the entire system.

The perfect starting place for those new to yoga or for those wanting to revisit the foundations of their practice. We will workshop commonly taught vinyasa yoga poses together, with the aim being to find variations of shapes that best suit our own bodies so that we can move in a way that supports longevity in our practice.

Time permitting we will then move through a simple and slow flow, but with the understanding you can move at your own pace, take rests and water when you need..

Foundations to Fly

With Emma West

Sunday 12th April
11am–12:30pm
Geelong 📍

Our brand new "Foundations to Fly" workshop is supportive, playful & practice-based for folks who want to build strength and confidence in their inversion technique.

Rather than chasing the shape of a handstand, we’ll focus on simple, effective drills that strengthen the areas that matter most and help you understand how your body works when upside down.

Practising handstands and forearm balances is not just about getting upside down, it’s a great way to improve overall posture, shoulder stability, and core connection. There’s no pressure to kick up into a handstand, this workshop is about dedicated time to move, learn, and build steady, sustainable foundations that support your path to flying all within an encouraging environment. No handstand experience needed.

Come and have some fun folks :)
