Monthly FREE Foundations Class
With Emma West
Sunday October 5
10.45am-11.45am
The perfect starting place for those new to yoga or for those wanting to revisit the foundations of their practice. We will workshop commonly taught vinyasa yoga poses together, with the aim being to find variations of shapes that best suit our own bodies so that we can move in a way that supports longevity in our practice.
Time permitting we will then move through a simple and slow flow, but with the understanding you can move at your own pace, take rests and water when you need..

Slow Flow, Nidra & Sound
With Lucy Messera
Friday October 17
6pm - 7.15pm
A workshop dedicated to slowing down the nervous system and creating balance from within.
We begin with a gentle slow flow practice, working to open and hydrate the body tissue and moving into a deeper and more receptive state of consciousness.
From there we use the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra to bring a steadiness to the inner space through accessing the space between wakefulness and sleep.
From this receptivity, we finish with a nourishing sound healing to bring deep nourishment and harmony to the entire system.

Breath 101
With Jess Roe
NEXT DATES TBC
11am-12:30pm
In this practical, science-backed workshop, we’ll bust the myth of “big deep breaths” and explore how slow, gentle, nose-based breathing forms the foundation for a sustainable yoga practice and optimal health.
You’ll learn how dysfunctional breathing patterns can keep the body stuck in stress loops—and why building a healthy, functional baseline and improving your tolerance to carbon dioxide is the critical (and often missing) step in most modern breathwork.
Whether you're curious about how to breathe more efficiently in movement and daily life, wondering why some breath practices leave you feeling more stressed, or looking for a clear starting point into the world of breathwork—this workshop is for you.
